Whilst we will do our utmost to ensure that all delegate requirements are accommodated for in the lead up to the event, it would be greatly appreciated if all delegate registrations could be received NO LATER THAN Thursday 18th March 2021.
This will allow us time to fully prepare for the event and brief the technicians of our requirements.
We fully appreciate that this may not be possible in some cases and late registrations will be dealt with on an individual basis, however, please note that late registrations cannot be guaranteed acceptance.
Should You Need to Cancel Your Place
1. Any refunds requested greater than 1 week prior to the meeting would get a full refund
2. Any refunds requested less than 1 week prior to the event will not be eligible for any refund.
