Ophthalmology Specialist Required at North Downs Referrals (Surrey, UK)
“We are looking for an additional Specialist in Ophthalmology (European or American board-certified, or board eligible) to join the ophthalmology service at North Downs Specialist Referrals. You will be joining a team of two ECVO diplomates, supported by an experienced nursing team including two dedicated ophthalmology nurses.
NDSR is one of the leading referral centres in the UK with 33 diplomates in surgery, internal medicine, ophthalmology, oncology, neurology, cardiology, dermatology, dentistry, diagnostic imaging and anaesthesia. The hospital is purpose built and has state of the art facilities including a 4 theatre sterile suite. Ophthalmology equipment includes a Zeiss Lumera-I operating microscope, Whitestar Signature Phaco machine, Endo Optiks E2 endolaser system and Ocuscience HMsERG.
We offer a generous package of remuneration and benefits in line with other Specialist-level positions including a relocation package and there are only very limited out of hours commitments. We will sponsor visa applications if required.
